John and Christopher Challis will be travelling to Malawi on 1st June. Chris is a trainee civil engineer and will be helping to build the new eye clinic/dental unit at Livingstonia. He will return to the UK at the end of July but John will be staying on until the end of August.

26 June - 17th July 2009
Keith and Judith Feay will be in Malawi for 3 weeks. Keith will be running training courses for x-ray engineers and servicing and repairing equipment, while Judith will be training radiographers.

24 July - 13 August 2009
York Scouts will be visiting Livingstonia and helping to build the new eye clinic/dental unit there

1 - 24 August 2009
Focus on Malawi trip: Sue Kevan and a team consisting of a doctor, optician and 2 medical students will be doing further eye-clinic work at Ekwendeni and Livingstonia. For more info see Focus on Malawi blog.

20 August - 22 October 2009
Bob and Jan Baxter will be returning to Malawi in connection with education, computer training and project development

26 November - 18 December 2009
John Challis and Alan Laverock will be travelling to Malawi on 26th November for discussions with CHAM on x-ray maintenance training, with Ekwendeni PHC/Water Dept on the water well repair project and with DGMH on various skill sharing projects.
